Included are Malinau, Nunukan, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Tanjung, Tanah Grogot, Banjarmasin, Tabalong, Pontianak, Sanggata, Sangkurirang, Penajam, Tenggarong in Kalimantan, as well as numerous areas in Sumatra such as Muara Enim, Bengkulu and others.
